A Refuge admission includes access to our entire outdoor facility, including sauna, steam rooms, hot & warm pools, Nordic cool & cold pools, and outdoor fire pits with Adirondack chairs.

Swedish Massage

(Must be 18 years old)
50 Minute: $205
100 Minute: $355
(Includes Admission, 20% Massage Gratuity, Day Use Robe, Bottled Water, and Towels).

Our Swedish Massage relaxes the entire body by kneading the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the heart.

Deep Tissue Massage

(Must be 18 years old)
50 Minute: $205
100 Minute: $355

Our Deep Tissue Massage uses techniques that target the deepest layers of muscle to release knots and relieve chronic muscle tension.

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Closed Sundays

Pricing:
$20 per child/hour

Accepted Ages: 1 - 8years old
(Please call or email to inquire about children outside of this age range)

Limited to 4 hours per day
Please note: guardians must remain on property. Reservations are required.

How to make a reservation:
Once your Refuge experience is booked, call or email Kid's Club to reserve a space for your child. Subject to availability at time of booking.

Introducing: Kid's Camp

June 10 - August 2
Monday - Friday | 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
Ages 5-8
We are now offering our Kid's Camp to Refuge guests in partnership with Carmel Valley Athletic Club. Have your kiddos join us for a fun-filled summer, where they'll craft, play, and swim at the CVAC pool.
